hey ho, wynaut here for another guide update

a lot of progress has been made on OpenFK, and most of it's features is near completion. Adobe's Flash's end of life came and went. but thanks to OpenFK, funkeys is still playable! if you have an existing install of U.B. Funkeys, i highly recommend installing OpenFK.

What's new:
-Updated the OpenFK portion of the guide
-Added instructions for disabling driver signature enforcement
-Updated the 64 bit Windows 7 & up portion of the guide to fit with the updated installer
-Added a tutorial on using Funkey Select GUI
-General minor changes to guide information

next updates will more than likely be focusing on the OpenFK portion of the guide, but as always if there's anything you think needs adding to the guide, let me know!
